The German market is one of the most demanding in Europe and around the world, and successfully establishing one of our ranges there is further proof of our strict quality standards.
That was the mission we set ourselves at the Domotex trade fair in Hannover and Heimtextil in Frankfurt this January. The two fairs were a unique and not-to-be-missed chance to show off the quality and eye for detail of the Sofing range, our latest collection of designer blankets, rugs and cushions at these two renowned showcases for excellence and the latest trends in textiles.
Our internationalisation strategy was partly funded by the Ontinyent City Council, which contributed through its grant programme for trade fairs and economic missions to help cover the costs of our attendance at the two fairs and through another programme to help with catalogue and card printing and other marketing initiatives which we used.
The grant received for attending Domotex was 812.50 euros, and 875 euros for Heimtextil.
The grant for catalogues and cards was 696.59 euros.
Thanks to everyone’s support, the Sofing collection was very well received in Germany for its combination of colours, fabrics and prints, which create wonderfully cosy atmospheres in the living room and bedroom.
